Hidden Costs and the Performance of Saudi Corporations

This research deals with the hidden costs in Saudi Corporations terms of their presence and impact on performance. The first part is a review literature related to general second an analysis 100 questioners which were received from sample companies listed Tadawul stock market Arabia. Multiple regression method was used analyze questionnaires companies. A set results reached: at all are existing high average both Absence index (3.98), productivity (3.81) medium for each work turnover rate (3.66), poor quality (3.54) accidents (3.52). recommendations suggested such as: applying principle penalties reduce phenomenon absenteeism work, giving material moral rewards disciplined workers who not absent, improving working environment conditions, hiring qualified trained beginning, respecting employees, being transparent just dealing them, continuous training courses , reducing overtime hours timing them injuries job, focusing increase profits, considering as one constituent elements comprehensive income statement, forming allowance estimated doubtful financial statement position, standardizing including budgets business organizations.
